Alexis shook her head. She'd heard how important family ties were in the Asian culture. It had to be hard for this girl grasp just what had happened with her brother.
"Lots of siblings don't get along." She said matter of factly. Alexis didn't know personally. She'd never had siblings and been glad for that. Anyone she knew who did have brothers and sisters spent most of their time bickering. Alexis felt her life had involved enough bickering without throwing someone who wanted to share her name into it.
"You can't make choices for your brother. He's his own person. He will do his own thinking. I won't say not to continue to look for him, but if he doesn't want to be found, he'll be harder to find."

Fengyu couldn't believe her life had come to the point where she was taking family advice from a vampire. It was almost funny. Almost. Alexis was right though, if Mujing was involved in the attack, then it had been his choice. All she could do was find her brother and get the truth from him directly.
"Thank you Alexis, for everything. I have to call home. . .they need to know. I give you my number, if you find anything, or ever need help, don't hesitate to use it.
The hunter pulled one of her business cards out of her wallet and handed it the vampire. With that, Fengyu left the store, needing time alone to clear her head.
