Alexis felt a thrill run up her spin as Jon pulled her into his arms. She had never imagined she'd be with him again, and this time she didn't have to worry about drugged drinks. They could just be in the moment.
She pulled her mouth from his and pressed her lips lightly to her throat. Truthfully, she was just doing it for the effect. He had to be anticipating it.
"Lay here? That sounds kind of boring, doesn't it?" Alexis touched her lips to his pulse again. The blood from underneath didn't bother her as much as she thought it would. "Are you sure you're not hungry?"
She made his shirt disappear to the floor with a quick hand movement. Raising her eyes to meet his, she laid her forehead on his.
"I really can cook. If you're hungry that is."

Any other time a vampire putting their mouth to his throat would scare the hell out of him but Alexis seemed to like to do it because she knew it messed with him. Truthfully he was beginning to like it, he suppressed a groan as her lips burned against his skin. His pulse began to flow faster as she removed his shirt.
"I'm sure I can find something to satisfy my "hunger" in here."
He was mildly surprised she knew how to cook but she probably entertained often to keep up appearances. Either way he had no intention of only lying around tonight. He stood up and wrapped her legs around his waist as he worked to getting her dress off. After a minute or two he finally managed to pull it off leaving her in lingerie and a pair of heels. He stared at her speechless for a minute as he thought of how many guys would kill to have a woman dressed like this.
With an almost animal growl he put her down on the bed and set himself over her. His lips attacking hers with a fervor as his hands roamed her body. He couldn't get a coherent thought in his head as his body went on auto pilot.
"Alexis...", his lips traveled down from her's to bite at her neck lightly.

Alexis smirked as Jon picked her up.
"I think we can manage that." She whispered softly, brushing her lips against his. She didn't think it was possible for her to feel this way about another person. But the truth was, she did and even if it was wrong in the end, she was going to embrace it now.
Alexis kissed his mouth frantically as he laid her back down. He was really the only thing she cared about right now. She would have killed the rest of the world to protect him.
"I would die for you." She whispered as she turned him back onto the bed. Her lips closed back over his as she pulled off the remainder of his clothing.
"I can't say what you mean to me," she whispered as her hand drifted to his body and began to caress gently. "But words don't really matter right now, do they?"

Jon groaned as her hand caressed him, he slipped off the rest of her clothes and ran his hand across her center. He moved his lips down to her chest tasting her flesh.
"And I wouldn't let you because you mean to much to me but like you said this isn't a time for words."
His hand drifted down and began to rub her center. His other hand was running through her hair holding her head back as he bit and sucked on her neck. He moved back to her lips and tried to avoid leaving any marks so she wouldn't be embarrassed by her business associates. He tried not to be to rough, his body craved to ravish her but he wasn't sure if she would be ok with that. Instead he kissed her lips and allowed his hands to roam her body.

Alexis closed her eyes. Jon was truly amazing on so many different levels. She didn't want to tell him how impressive it was that a human had managed to sway her so greatly.
Instead, she kept her lips securely over his. In the back of her mind, she was nearly convinced that breaking contact between them would kill one or the other. She heard herself whimper slightly as his hands continued to move around her body. She placed her hands on his chest and settled him deeper into the bed.
Alexis shook her head and detangled his hand from her hair. Sitting up, she settled herself carefully over him so that they could be together. She worked his body as gently as possible, reaching down to clasp her fingers with his.

Jon groaned as Alexis set herself down on him. He was in the greatest agony as she set herself at a slow pace. He knew it was for his benefit but that was the last thing on his mind at the moment. He sat up to kiss her lips and placed his hands on her sides to move her into a faster pace. He had to pull his lips away from hers to catch his breath as her body drove him closer and closer. He kissed his way down her body again, stopping to bite at her neck lightly and moving down to her chest.
"Alexis... I... Oh god yes... I don't want to ever have to leave you."
He wrapped his arms around her as he rolled her onto her back. He put his hand on her stomach, feeling her tight muscles as he thrust himself into her at a growing pace. His other hand squeezed her thigh as he held her leg wrapped around him.
"I think I like this better without the drugged wine."

Alexis hated when his lips left hers. Granted, it was only for a second, but it was a second too long. Her hands clung to his back, holding him closer.
Alexis groaned as Jon rolled her to her back. Her fingers grasped at the silky comforter beneath them as her mind seemed to leave her. The only thing she really knew was Jon and her body moving with his.
"I think we both do." She whispered lightly against his ear. It was true, she could actually relax this time and not worry about when he was going to pass out.
The passion seemed to collect every nerve. Alexis barely heard herself gasp his name as it overtook her. When she could finally focus her eyes again, she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him to her, kissing him passionately.

The feel of her against him, his nerves on fire and then she was kissing him as waves of pleasure flowed through her. It was to much for him as he felt her nails digging into him. He gave one final thrust as his body shook with the feeling of euphoria took over.
"So much better without the drugs..."
He rolled on to his back as he held her close to him. He kissed her passionately as he gently rubbed her back. He had wandered what was so great about being a vampire, it could've been a number of things but if one was the ability to pursue this kind of pleasure maybe it wasn't so bad.
"I hope you don't have any plans for tomorrow, I don't think we're quite finished."
He once more grabbed her hips as he thrust into her. Biting her lip as his body moved in time with hers. He pushed the hair from her face as he kissed her again and again. His heart racing faster with every passing second. Her name carried out on his breath every time their bodies came together. He knew he would never meet another like her and he drank in every moment they shared.

Alexis wondered if there had ever been a man in her life who had ever cared about her. She couldn't remember her human father, and her human husband certainly hadn't. There had been demons, but that was physical. And there had been a few other vampires who might have cared, but Alexis hadn't given a damn on her end.
But Jon was here now. Alexis knew he cared. That was what made her cling tighter to him as he continued to kiss her. She kissed hiim back, barely able think clearly being so close to him.
"I-." Her words broke off in a moan as his body moved against hers.
"Hell...." She whispered as his lips fell back on hers. She clasped her fingers through his, holding her hands against her face. Tearing her lips from his, his name echoed through the room as she fell again into the flood of passion that surrounded them.

Jon felt Alexis once more erupt in a fury of passion, he followed soon after. Burying deep inside, feeling like his nerves were on fire he gave one final groan before rolling on his back next to her. He stared up at the ceiling as his chest heaved trying to bring in air, he could feel a chill he hadn't felt before roll across his form.
"If that's a sin, maybe I'm on the wrong side."
He looked over at Alexis, his eyes traveled her body. He knew that she was perfect in almost every aspect, except for the fact it was almost destined for whatever relationship they had to fail. He brushed her hair from her forehead as he caressed her cheek with his thumb. He wasn't sure what to think, he was just living in the moment.

Alexis draped one arm over her eyes and smiled as Jon lay beside her.
"No sins." Alexis murmured, dropping her arm off of her forehead to look at him. "I don't believe in them. I never did. I should have, once. But I never believed what they preached."
Alexis moved to pull the corner of the gray comforter over them. It stretched far enough that it would cover both of them so long as she pressed against him. Alexis tucked her head into his shoulder, draping her arm around his waist and stroking his hip gently.
"Relax." She murmured as she settled closer. "We're here. Together."

Jon wrapped his arm around Alexis as she moved in closer to him. He gently rubbed her back, his fingers tracing random patterns around her soft skin.
"I like together, I feel like I've spent to many nights alone."
He turned to Alexis and gave her a gentle kiss. He touched his forehead to her's and inhaled her fragrance. He loved every moment he spent with her. He looked down and tried to guess what she was thinking. He kissed her forehead, moving down to kiss her lips. The combination of the warm blanket and the even warmer form of Alexis next to him began to take a toll on him. He had already been worn out but the slight chill had kept him awake.
"Alexis, I want more than this. Don't get me wrong I would never give this up but I want more out of it. I love going to bed with you and waking up next to you the next morning. I know we have different lifestyles but aren't we the same in some ways. We both live to hunt, we follow our own codes and I know we both feel strongly for each other. It'll be a change but I can get a place near here and we can have a serious relationship. I want it all, the late night talks on the phone, I want to surprise you at work by taking you out to lunch, the passion we share. I know you still have the boutique and I plan on hunting but I'll think more about what I take on, I'll promise you that but the rest of the time I want to spend it with you. We still have a lot we don't know about one another but we can work on that because I really care for you and I've never felt like this for anyone else."
He avoided saying he loved her but it was the best way to describe it. He was making an effort to get this to work but he didn't want to scare her off.

Alexis couldn't have pulled any closer to Jon save for crawling under his skin. She was so content in his arms.
"I can promise you I've spent more nights alone than you." She murmured as she tucked her head beneath his chin.
Her eyes dropped shut as Jon held her close and his lips moved over her face. She wanted to stay right here, right now, forever.
As Jon's words came, her eyes flickered open. Alexis sat up, looking curiously at him. Was he really saying what she thought he was? She had absolutely no history of hearing things and she couldn't imagine that it was starting right now.
"I'm world's different with you in my life." She whispered, leaning down to kiss him. "I can actually sleep at night now. I don't want to be as violent as I was. You're the only thing I can think about anymore. I want you here, in my life, with me. If I can focus only on you, and on my work, I really believe I can be different."
Alexis lowered her head, kissing him gently again. She knew it wouldn't be easy, but they could try.

Jon kissed her back, he couldn't think straight around her. It was a blissful escape from the world he was used to living in. It was no longer a concious nightmare day after day. There was a beacon of light to lead him out from the dark he had been living in for years.
Jon held Alexis close to him as he began to drift off. Tomorrow was going to be busy since he had a lot of things he'd have to take care of, getting his truck back, replacing equipment, and getting a place to live. He kissed Alexis one more time before drifting off into a rare nightmareless night of sleep.

Alexis closed her eyes in contentment as Jon kissed her gently before he settled down. She watched him doze off. Her lips grazed his temple as she lay down beside him.
Even though she was tired, Alexis couldn't sleep. They were in the wrong position in bed and there were still lights on in the rest of the apartment.
She eased Jon gently away from her and got up. Alexis pulled the covered down from the head of the bed and moved Jon gently to tuck him beneath them. She grabbed a robe and headed into the living room. Immediately, her eyes fell on the computer. Waking it back up, she quickly typed her aliases and changed the statement about Dead Man's Blood to confirm she had no more.
Turning off the lights, Alexis set the alarm and returned to the bedroom. She tossed her shoes into the closet, figuring she'd put them where they belonged in the morning. Tossing her robe of the foot of the bed, she slipped under the blankets next to Jon. She snuggled close beside him, keeping one arm tight around his waist as she fell sound asleep for the first time in ages.
