Name: Noa Meir
Age: 30
Appearance:
Hometown: Ramla, Israel
Family:
David Meir - Father
Miriam Meir - Mother
Joseph Meir - Older Brother
Special Abilities: Prophesy
Weapons of Choice: Gun
Status: Reincarnated Judge, Prophetess
History:
In the days before Israel insisted on having a king, the tribes were brought together (when necessary) under the Judges. Whenever God's chosen were being oppressed (usually as a result of them pissing off the Almighty), someone would come along to lead them through it. Very few judges were what one would call normal; Samson was a womanizer who never cut his hair, and Ehud was left handed. The Judge who lead the tribes in the twelfth century BCE takes the misfit prize though. Deborah, who was either married to Lappidoth or a fiery spirit, did not posses a Y chromosome. She could also tell the future, which is was a seriously handy skill for a military leader. One can only assume that she had some serious prophet cred, because not only did Barak believe Deborah when she told him to go forth and kick some Canaanite ass, he asked her to come along. She said sure thing, but a woman is going to get all of the glory this time around. She was right, as Jael, a housewife, ended up driving a tent stake through the Canaanite leader's head. One can only assume Deb was too busy dealing with some of his mooks on the iron chariots. Anyhow, they sang about it and their was peace in the land of Israel for forty years.
Flash forward fourteen thousand years or so and Israel (the whole world actually) has found itself once again in deep trouble. The apocalypse is a pretty big deal, so Yahweh is putting his best and brightest onto the field. This includes his old prophetess and leader, Deborah. Of course, she wasn't born knowing that she was a Judge of old, no Noa Mier had a normal childhood before having a relatively normal (if short) career as a Mossad assassin.
The interesting (and non-classified) part of Noa's life started three years ago when the woman resigned from her post and left Israel. She claimed that the work had gotten to her, and maybe that was true, but more than that, she left because it seemed like something she had to do. So Noa wandered a bit, living a transient but uneventful life until the powers that be finally stopped monitoring her. It wasn't long after that time when the visions started, and the woman came to understand what she had been, and what was coming. With the spirit of a Judge and the skills of an assassin, Noa plans on stopping the apocalypse.
