"I do apologize Ms. Cassandra; I truly hadn't meant to offend you or by any stretch of the imagination appear rude,"
Cassandra almost wanted to laugh at how distressed he looked at being thought rude. She didn't of course, thinking that it would probably not help matters at all. Instead she shook her head and shrugged, giving him a reassuring smile. "It's okay... sometimes you don't learn these things till late." It had taken herself a long time to figure out it was actually extremely rude to mess with peoples emotions and memories just to get what she wanted.
"It's content,"
Well he would know, Cassandra said, shrugging again. She still didn't know how he knew the things he did, but she did know that he wasn't wrong. A movement out of the corner of her eye caught her attention and she turned to see Daniel holding a piece of paper out to her. Taking it, she looked down and saw he'd written a question on it. Right. Can't talk.
"Oh... um... my place?" she answered, gesturing around. "Half a mile off the strip."
"And in regards to myself; I'm an Angel of the Lord."
Aaaaand they were back to crazyville.
"Righto... cause that's... normal." Despite the fact that she was hardly the poster girl for normal, there was not normal and then there was not normal. "I don't really feel okay with having a crazy person in my apartment. There's the door, if you wouldn't mind."

"Oh... um... my place? Half a mile off the strip."
Not exact but at least he had a general idea of where he was. As for the other big question, he didn't have to wait long to get the answer.
"And in regards to myself; I'm an Angel of the Lord."
That's a new one...
Daniel had absolutely no idea on how to deal with angels, never having heard much about them. With the rumors he'd been hearing he wasn't to surprised to see them popping up all of a sudden. It would explain the teleportation trick he used. He was slightly in awe to be around Raguel, as long as he was telling the truth.
He glanced over at Cassandra and was surprised she wasn't to bothered by it.
"Righto... cause that's... normal. I don't really feel okay with having a crazy person in my apartment. There's the door, if you wouldn't mind."
Never mind that one. Now things felt a little awkward in the room. He didn't blame her for wanting them out but Raguel really hadn't done anything wrong, except for knowing some sort of secrets about her Daniel had yet to figure out. He looked back and forth between the two until an idea came to him. Hopefully asking something of an angel wasn't as costly as asking something from a demon. He silently picked up a cat and gently scratched it behind the ear. He felt it purring as he waited for someone to make a decision of what they were going to do.

"Righto... cause that's... normal."
Raguel nodded in agreement rather pleased that by some chance Cassandra had run across other angels before. It truley made the entire introduction process a much simplier task if everyone involved was on the same page. Since so many others or his brothers and sisters had made their way down to earth it made a lot of sense that Cassandra would have known one before him.
"I don't really feel okay with having a crazy person in my apartment. There's the door, if you wouldn't mind."
Apprently they were not on the same page...
Raguel stared back at Cassandra completely perplexed. The emotions he felt from her were confusing as was her directions. He glanced at the door and then back to the girl and then glanced over at the boy who was of no help at all in the current situation. But for the life of him Raguel couldn't figure out why he had been labeled the crazy person in the dwelling; there had to be a better candidate for the position.
And then there was the matter of the door.
Human phrases as a whole tended to make little sense to Raguel and this was a near perfect example.
Walking over to the door as Cassandra directed Raguel stared at the object for several moments at a loss and then finally gave up and returned his gaze back to Cassandra.
"You'll have to forgive me but what exactly am I meant to do with your door?" Raguel asked no longer able to think of what it was she wanted and instead of wasting time staring at the object he figured it best to simply ask the woman as it was her house after all.

Cassandra watched Raguel move over to the door, pleased he had decided to leave without a whole lot of fuss. It certainly simpled things up. When he stopped, however, and just sort of stared at it, Cassandra was both confused, and more sure than ever that he was crazy.
"You'll have to forgive me but what exactly am I meant to do with your door?"
... who the hell was this guy?
"I want you to open it... then walk through it... then close it and go away," she said very slowly. It occured to her that she was being cruel, and she did feel bad about that. But this night was just too weird. First he was a lovely guy - which in itself was very strange - then he knew her name... then just when things were getting normal again he claimed he was an angel.
Which of course was ridiculous. If angels did exist - which she supposed on some level she believed the could - why would they be on earth? And more importantly, why would one of them be in a strip club in Vegas? It made no sense.
"Look, I'm sorry that whatever abilities you've got have you under the impression that you're an angel. And I'm sorry I'm not tip toeing around you... but you're back to freaking me out and it's weird being freaked out in my own home."
She looked from Raguel to Daniel then back again. "So actually if both of you could go so I can, I dunno, sleep or something, it'd be much appreciated."

"You'll have to forgive me but what exactly am I meant to do with your door?"

Daniel could do nothing more than rub his eyes wondering how this angel who could no so much be stopped by a door.
"Look, I'm sorry that whatever abilities you've got have you under the impression that you're an angel. And I'm sorry I'm not tip toeing around you... but you're back to freaking me out and it's weird being freaked out in my own home."
Guess that means she's not a hunter, she probably thinks they're both crazy and working together.
"So actually if both of you could go so I can, I dunno, sleep or something, it'd be much appreciated."
Daniel realized he obviously wasn't going to stay the night. He was still trying to figure it all out but he didn't need the police called on him. He started to walk towards the door when he remembered the cat in his arms. Setting it down on the couch, he gave it one last scratch. He pulled out his notebook again and wrote down a quick message leaving his number and a note telling her she could text him when she woke up if she had any questions.
He opened the front door and held it for Raguel, if he really was an angel Daniel wanted to ask him a few things. It might finally be the break he needed.

Raguel was rather uncertain where he had gone wrong; especially considering the fact he had done everything the girl had asked and even answered the questions she had given him; but apprently his answers had not pleased her and thus they were held within the current scene.
"I want you to open it... then walk through it... then close it and go away."
Those were very specific instructions.
"Look, I'm sorry that whatever abilities you've got have you under the impression that you're an angel. And I'm sorry I'm not tip toeing around you... but you're back to freaking me out and it's weird being freaked out in my own home."
Raguel wanted to protest...very strongly about "thinking" he was an angel; he was actually one of a group of very important angels but the emotions he could feel gathering within the girl told him that perhaps this was not the best time.
"So actually if both of you could go so I can, I dunno, sleep or something, it'd be much appreciated."
Raguel watched as the boy made his way to the door adn opened it; that was according to Cassandra's instructions step 1. He glanced back from the door to the girl still rather perplexed that his answer had caused such a reaction. In the past when angels had gone to earth announced their presence they had been greeted in a much different fashion; it was becoming clear earth was a very different place.
"A good evening to you both; and I do apologize for upsetting you," Raguel explained as he made his way through the door as Cassandra had demanded and then in the blink of an eye Raguel was gone and the ever faint sound of wing flapping could be ehard before it was gone as well.

Cassandra watched both men carefuly as they both moved around by the door. Weeeeeiiiiird fucking night, was all she could think. It was possible that she had been dreaming this whole time and she'd actually gone straight home from the club and fallen straight to sleep. But considering this whole thing was too weird she didn't think she could even make it up in her dreams... and she never went straight home after a night working... there was no other option than to assume it was all real.
"A good evening to you both; and I do apologize for upsetting you,"
She wasn't surprised when Raguel had disappeared in the blink of an eye... she already knew he could do that. It was the wing fluttery noise that threw her off. She was probably imagining it of course... he drunken mind attributing it to his angel claim.
Her attention switched to Daniel, still standing in the doorway, and she gave him a wave.
"Good bye, Daniel," she pressed, looking at him pointedly. Technically, the younger man had done absolutely nothing wrong, but she really wanted her apartment back to herself.

"A good evening to you both; and I do apologize for upsetting you,"
Before Daniel could stop him, Raguel was gone in the blink of an eye. All he heard was what he thought was the sound of wings flapping. He could only stare open mouthed at the spot where he had stood. He'd already known the man could teleport but he had wanted to talk to him first but now he didn't know what he would do.
"Good bye, Daniel,"
He turned his head back to Cassandra and saw her waving at him. He merely raised his hand wondering what he'd do now. Walking out her door and shutting it behind him he punched the hallway wall in frustration. He'd been so close to meeting someone who could help him find his brother and now the chance was gone. It's not like he could ask Cassandra, she said she'd probably never see them again and that didn't seem to bother her in the least.
A neighbor that lived on the other side of the wall he punched came out and gave him a dirty look. He was in no mood to deal with it so he kept walking. Remembering Cassandra saying she was a half mile off the strip he started walking. He was done with Vegas, it was probably a sign to move on somewhere else. His mind went back to the angel Raguel, he didn't seem to make it a big deal that he was an angel so chances were that more of them were around. Daniel would keep his eye out for any or try to find a psychic or someone that could find the person he was looking for.
At least he could've taken me with him back to my car or something...
He gave one last look at the window he thought was Cassandra's wondering why he'd even gotten involved in the first place just to be thrown out like that. Sometimes the monsters he faced weren't as bad as the people he was supposed to protect.
