"It will make all the difference in the world Bianca...what would you give up in order to be who you were before your bit of...cinematic adventure...what would you trade Binks?"
Bianca was faintly surprised that the guy didn't press her on the no killing aspect. She imagined that with Ezra dead, it would be far easier to get her to agree to his previous deal. But if she could get out of this without killing anyone, that would be phenomenal.
"I don't know." Bianca shrugged. She was beginning to really think about this. What exactly would she give up to be a normal human being again?
"I don't have anything to give." It was true. She made due on a little money she could pick up bartending, but that didn't pay well. The occasional job paid, but not much. More frequently than not, she had less than $100 to her name.
"I don't have any money. I barely get by myself." She got a sick feeling as she looked at what Gavner was sitting on. Her car. It was the only thing that would be truly useful to someone. And it could be sold.
"Take the car." She sighed heavily. "You can sell it. That'll bring in cash. Even though I don't know why he needs it-or wants it. And it won't be much. You can tell him that. Just let me grab my stuff and then you can go."
She hated the deal. The car was literally the only thing in the world she had as a constant. If it would get rid of Paolo, then it was worth it.

"I don't know. I don't have anything to give."
“Well now that’s not true Bianca…everyone has something to give,” Gavner explained with a knowing smile. Hell he had just come from a group of men who had literally sold him their mothers.
"I don't have any money. I barely get by myself."
“Don’t want money,” Gavner replied in a bored tone. She really wasn't too quick on this version of “Let’s Make a Deal.”
"Take the car. You can sell it. That'll bring in cash. Even though I don't know why he needs it-or wants it. And it won't be much. You can tell him that. Just let me grab my stuff and then you can go."
“Jesus wept on a Sunday at noon you suck at this game,” Gavner declared jumping down from the trunk of the girls car. The car? Really?! He was going to make all of her past pains and bullshit go away and she had offered him the car?
“Do I look like a used car salesmen to you?” Gavner asked his eyes narrowing slightly as he looked over at the hunter. That was the problem with hunters though they hardley looked outside of the box unless they were pushed just hard enough.
“I don’t want your car Bianca…I want something a bit more…what’s the word,” Gavner thought for a moment as his eyes glanced up at the sky and the re focused back on Bianca.
“More lively shall we say?”

Everyone had something to give? Well what the hell did that mean? And if he didn't want money, then what did he....
“Jesus wept on a Sunday at noon you suck at this game,”
"What the hell do you want?" She gasped. "I have absolutely no clue....."
“I don’t want your car Bianca…I want something a bit more…what’s the word,.....“More lively shall we say?”
He was crazy. Bianca had no answer for this one. She'd already told him she wouldn't kill anyone, and now she was supposed to hand over something "lively".
"A human? Like....a person? Like what person? Who?" She was mostly horrified at the prospect, but she wanted to know she was at least on his track at least this time.

"A human? Like....a person? Like what person? Who?"
"Give the girl a prize!!!" Gavner cried triumphantly as he clapped Bianca on the shoulder.
It had taken her a good damn amount of time but int he end she had gotten it; she would be winning no million dollars but her reality TV downfall was hi win...and if you wanted to be optimistic about it all...it was her win as well.
"That's the deal on the plate my dear. One human life to be the person you once were; no scars no feelings of doubt. To feel hole and complete and beautiful again. To not shrink away in fear when somebody mentions words that trigger memories...such as eyes," Gavner explained touching the girls cheek gently.
"To be the undamaged woman you once were; strong...powerful...and unafraid. Everything Paolo took from you returned...all for the magnificent price of 1 human life. A life for a life you could say," Gvaner explaied his excitememnt shinning through his eyes.
This was a good deal; a really really really REALLY good deal if he did say so himself.
"Your first born...it'll be a boy congratulations by the way...Your first born for your life back. A life for a life Bianca. A life for YOUR life."

Bianca was shocked. She could barely seek words out. She had no idea what was going on, how this had happened, or who this guy was. It was extremely odd. Bianca began to wonder if she might not have been wrong the whole time and Paolo wasn't behind this whole odd situation.
"That's the deal on the plate my dear. One human life to be the person you once were; no scars no feelings of doubt. To feel hole and complete and beautiful again. To not shrink away in fear when somebody mentions words that trigger memories...such as eyes,"
"Huh?" Bianca wasn't sure if she'd heard correctly. This was amazing. Someone wanted to erase all the crap that had happened to her-but at the cost of another human life.
"Your first born...it'll be a boy congratulations by the way...Your first born for your life back. A life for a life Bianca. A life for YOUR life."
Well, this just got weirder by the second. How did he know this? How did he know she'd have a boy-let alone children?
"What?" Bianca gasped, exasperated. "Dude, seriously. What do you want with a baby anyway? What are you going to do with it?"
Not that it really mattered. Bianca had never actually planned on having kids. Not that she didn't like them, but because she didn't have a lifestyle that fit them. So bargaining for the life of a child she never had and didn't plan on having didn't make much sense-or difference truthfully.
"Yeah, dude, you know, whatever. I'm not having kids. I don't have kids. So if this is what it'll take to get you out of here. Sure, if I ever in the next two million years have kids, he's all yours. I wanted girls anyway."
She thought deep in the back of her mind she should have taken him seriously, but this was insane. And stupid. And she'd wasted her night over something that made no difference in the long run.

Gavner smiled pleasantly as all of the pieces began to fall into place within the hunter's mind. It was usually a shock when the deal was first brought to the table because he wasn't gonna lie it was a bit fairy tale but it was a classic in its own right.
"What? Dude, seriously. What do you want with a baby anyway? What are you going to do with it?"
"I don't rightly care what they do with it; for all I know they could have Fried Baby Fridays; what I know is that you will have a boy and if you want this deal I will take him from you without you pitching a fit," Gavner explained as simply as possible.
"Yeah, dude, you know, whatever. I'm not having kids. I don't have kids. So if this is what it'll take to get you out of here. Sure, if I ever in the next two million years have kids, he's all yours. I wanted girls anyway."
And there was the magic words; it was funny how people tended to think that a Goblin would lock themselves into a deal without a way to guarantee a pay day no matter how long in the future it may be...hell as Goblins they had a good amount of time to wait.
"Make it the next 3 million years and we have a dear Bianca," Gavner explained with a knowing smirk.
But then of course he knew something she didn't know...something rather important...small print was a bitch.
"So we have a deal?" Gavner asked stepping close to the hunter his hand out stretched.
"You go back to your life the way it was before the film nut got a hold of you...no scars mental or physical and in return when the day comes that you give birth to your first born son you hand him over to the goblin that comes to collect. No questions asked and no weaseling out. You get what you want and I get what I want," Gavner explained his hand outstretched.
"Don't worry a handshake will suffice, no make out sessions needed."

"I don't rightly care what they do with it; for all I know they could have Fried Baby Fridays; what I know is that you will have a boy and if you want this deal I will take him from you without you pitching a fit,"
Bianca rolled her eyes. She couldn't believe she was standing here in the middle of the night having this discussion. She was losing respect for herself just standing here. This guy was just as crazy as Paolo. Even after this, he'd never be able to find her again. So what did it matter?
"Make it the next 3 million years and we have a dear Bianca,"
"Oh, absolutely Gavener. Anything you want. Can I do anything else for you? Maybe throw in his little sister if it's twins? Heck, maybe it'll be triplets and you can have a three for one special."
She had work to be doing, not dealing with children that didn't exist-and wouldn't exist ever-for a deal that wouldn't work in the long run. She might as well have spent her evening watching reruns on television. It would have accomplishing just as much.
"So we have a deal?"
"Dude, this is freaking ridiculous." Bianca shook her head. "I have no idea why you-or your boss-wants to stand out here and make up fake deals."
"You go back to your life the way it was before the film nut got a hold of you...no scars mental or physical and in return when the day comes that you give birth to your first born son you hand him over to the goblin that comes to collect. No questions asked and no weaseling out. You get what you want and I get what I want,"
"Goblin? That's an interesting choice of words. You couldn't think of anything else to call him? And what? You won't turn up when the blessed event occurs? Oh Gavner, I'm hurt."
She was annoyed and sick of playing this game. Looking at the guy's outstretched hand, she sighed heavily.
"Don't worry a handshake will suffice, no make out sessions needed."
"Damn. And it was the make out session I was after the whole time. Dude, seriously, whatever." Bianca took Gavner's hand and shook it firmly. "On some random, off chance that I would ever, in 3 million years have kids, you can play nanny to the boy."

"Oh, absolutely Gavener. Anything you want. Can I do anything else for you? Maybe throw in his little sister if it's twins? Heck, maybe it'll be triplets and you can have a three for one special."
"If you're offering," Gavner responded with a sly smile.
"Goblin? That's an interesting choice of words. You couldn't think of anything else to call him? And what? You won't turn up when the blessed event occurs? Oh Gavner, I'm hurt."
Gavner couldn't help but laugh at Bianca. She still had no idea what he was; here she was thinking he was some weak human and she didn't have the faintest that he actually did have the power to deal this current business transaction...ye of little faith.
"Oh I'm sure I can fit you into my schedule when the time comes Bianca; I'll make it a personal favor from me to you."
"On some random, off chance that I would ever, in 3 million years have kids, you can play nanny to the boy."
Gavner's eyes grew dark as Bianca's hand conected with his and she sealed the deal. All was set into motion. What could only be described as lightning flashed across Gavner's eyes as he focused completely upon Bianca.
"Then we have a deal Ms. Pagliaro."
Somewhere in the sky behind them lightning cracked across the sky.
Pulling his hand from Bianca's Gavner closed his hand in re-opend it again the very next moment to reveal a small glass flask of a deep purple and blue liquid.
"Take it twice a day for 2 days and at the end of the 2nd day make sure you take it where you have a bed handy cause it will knock you on your ass...and when you wake up you'll be as good as new," Gavner explained holding the flask out to Bianca.

"Oh I'm sure I can fit you into my schedule when the time comes Bianca; I'll make it a personal favor from me to you."
"Yeah, you do that, sweetpea." Bianca rolled her eyes. The last thing she needed was some crazy guy lurking around her for the rest of her life. Oh, wait, she apparently already had one of those. Well, then make that two crazy guys.
But the sarcastic smile which had been stuck to her face suddenly vanished when she saw the flash which went over Gavner's eyes.
"Then we have a deal Ms. Pagliaro."
Her hand fell to her side as realization suddenly began to kick in. Something was up here. As far as she knew, Paolo had no magic. So that meant....
"What are you?" She murmured, staring back into his eyes.
"Take it twice a day for 2 days and at the end of the 2nd day make sure you take it where you have a bed handy cause it will knock you on your ass...and when you wake up you'll be as good as new,"
Bianca's eyes moved to the small flask in Gavner's hand. She looked from it to his face.
"You're not Paolo's minion, are you?" She had the strangest feeling that the deal which had seemed so foreign before was now very real. Bianca swallowed hard. Well, even if she had made some bizarre deal, she was never having children, so it didn't matter. Did it?

"What are you?"
A wide smile crossed Gavner's face as he watched Bianca begin to piece together the events of their time together. He always liked the end of the deal bit...the bit where the other person realized exactly what it was they had done...but it was too late for them to do a damn thing about it.
"You're not Paolo's minion, are you?"
"Nope," Gavner explained as he jumped back on the trunk of the mustang the sky clearing as quickly as it had clouded seconds ago.
"If you would have listened a bit more carefully to what I was saying Bianca...you woudl recall I told you Paolo didn't matter...but you seemed to have obsessed past that bit of advice," his legs swung slightly back and forth as he switched what was now Bianca's flask from hand to hand.
"But enough about you lets talk about me; I'm a Goblin," Gavner explained with a smile before tossing the glass flask at Bianca. It was hers after all; he was stickign to his end of the deal an then when the time came...which it would Bianca would stick to her end...there was actually very little choice in the matter. A deal was a deal.

"Nope,"
Fck. Well, she'd really screwed that one up. Massively. Bianca cursed herself, angry that she'd let Paolo keep so much of her mind that she'd missed something so huge.
"If you would have listened a bit more carefully to what I was saying Bianca...you woudl recall I told you Paolo didn't matter...but you seemed to have obsessed past that bit of advice,"
Bianca caught the flask he threw to her. Did she want this? Should she even drink it? Was it even safe? What the hell had she just done?
"But enough about you lets talk about me; I'm a Goblin,"
"A goblin?" Bianca stared blankly at the man, who was now sitting on her car yet again. "So you're a goblin and you want..."
Bianca shook her head. Fortunately, she'd made a deal that wouldn't hurt anyone. And if he'd upheld his end, she would clearly walk away the winner.
"Well, we did make a deal. But let me tell you something," Bianca smiled, finally pleased with the situation, "I'm never having children, so you will never get a son out of me. Ever. Not in a thousand centuries. So I guess you lose at this deal, dude."

"A goblin? So you're a goblin and you want..."
"Your first born...we've been through all of this already Bianca...you know right about the time we made that deal....oooohhhhhhh 1 minute ago."
Honestly people needed to listen; as great as it was to hear himself talk he didn't do it strictly in order to hear himself.
"Well, we did make a deal. But let me tell you something. I'm never having children, so you will never get a son out of me. Ever. Not in a thousand centuries. So I guess you lose at this deal, dude."
Gavner couldn't help the laugh that fell from his lips as he slipped off the back end of the car. This was going to be the best collection to date once the day came due. Nothing...and he did mean nothing was better then a non believing deal maker.
"Time will tell Bianca...time will surely tell," Gavner explained as he paced behind the hunter.
"Don't forget take it twice a day for 2 days Binks...twice a day...and I'll be seeing you soon...do take care of yourself. Your a temple for 2," Gavner stated with a knowing smirk and then as another crash of lightning screamed across the night sky he was gone.
There was small print...there was always small print. But if the small print was not asked for then it was not given. Small print int eh form of the fact that Bianca would indded have a child...it would indeed be a boy and it would happen unless she decided she would become celibate for the rest of her life...which was highly unlikely.
Small print was important...especially considering that the very next time Bianca found someone to spend some "quality" time with it would immediately lead to her becoming pregnant.
Small print was a bitch.
