Killian took several steps backwards as he watched Gardener claw his way against the floor trying to reach Killian. This was becoming like some scene out of a D list zombie flick and that really wasn't doing anything for him. Killian attempted to keep the gun trained on Gardener as he silently prayed that the silver would just shut him up already.
"You've got a death wish kid. You think you're not pissing me off more? What are you going to do now? You going to finish the job? Or do you have plans of dumping me with Lex's body? Two vampires for the price of one? Is that the game? What kind of freak hunter are you?"
"I didn't kill her!" Killian screamed back at him his hands gripping the gun as if his very life depended on it; in retrospect it did. As tempting as it would be to shot Gardener in the head and be done with it Killian knew he wouldn't be able to do it; not on his worst day.
Keeping himself as far away from Gardener as possible Killian bolted from the room and made his way down the hallway yanking open his bedroom door and grabbed his cellphone which sat on the night stand. Flipping it open and dialing the last number called Killian kept his eyes trained on the door down the hallway where Gardener was...hopefully unconcios.
"Alexis it's Killian I have no idea where the hell you are or what you're doing but you need to get back...now!"
Snapping the phone shut Killian made his way back down the hallway the gun trained ahead of him as he silently prayed the vampire would be out of it by now though his luck had been shit thus far he figured it wouldn't start looking up now.

Gardener snarled at the boy and made an attempt to grab him. But unfortunately, as in all of history, a running human was too much for a silver injured vampire. It had been driving vampires insane since the dawn of time.
"You're going to die, boy!" Gardener screamed after him. "I'm going to kill you!"
Blood was pouring out all over the bedroom floor. Gardener grabbed the edge of the nightstand, sending it toppling over on its side and crashing to the floor. Reaching up, he pulled the pillows down and there them across the floor.
Gardener really was going to kill that boy. He knew he wouldn't die from these wounds but he was certain it would get ugly. There wasn't much time for that. The silver was rushing through his veins. Gardener caught himself thinking that he didn't feel well, but that thought was soon replaced with the floor rushing up to meet his head as he fell unconcious.

Killian had heard the crash of God only knew what as he neared the room again but as he rounded the corner everything seemed to fall silent and he could only hope that it was because the vampire was down for the count. As he enetered the room he figured something had gone right for the first time in well weeks and he wasn't about to waste it. Setting the gun down on the TV Killian pulled open the linen closet which stood at the edge of the room. Shoving things off of the floor as best as he could he turned back around and gathered his nerves before he marched back over to Gardener and grabbed him by the legs...which with the addition of blood was a rather disgusting process and dragged him across the room towards the closet.
"Please don't wake up...please don't wake up...," he muttered to himself over and over again until he dumped the vampires body in the closet and slammed the door shut. It was the matter of securing it which now came to play but after 20 minutes Killian had pretty much shoved every piece of furniture against the door.
He couldn't help but be pleased with himself as he took in the barracade which stood between himself and the vampire who no doubt would rip him to pieces the moment he was given the chance.
Making his way across the room Killian grabbed for the gun which sat on the television set the only issue with that plan was the floor was slicked and streaked with blood and before Killian could catch his balance and slipped forward slamming his head against the wooden television stand and knocking himself out cold before he ever hit the ground.
