"Well alright honey," she said, deciding to overlook his almost lapse. "Just make sure you all get here in one piece. The cookies will be waiting. Along with a decent meal." She then went on to talk about how he'd be getting lectured if she could out they were living on vending machines again.
"You call me as soon as you reach town ya hear?"

Dean grinned slyly as Missouri again began to ramble on about the whole 'make sure you are taking good care of yourselves' jargon and he shook his head quickly "You know us....never out of trouble but always able to take care of it." he added with a small laugh.
"Sure thing, I will get Sammy to give you a call when we are just outside Kansas, it will be good to see you again." he added quietly "See you soon."
Flipping the phone closed, Dean stood up from his bed and made his way back out of the motel. Remembering the supplies he had begun to arrange he decided it best to maybe have them close by should Sam's visions mean anything.

Missouri returned to the room she normally talked with her guests and handed Tara a cookie. "It's all taken care of I think."

Missouri mumbled something about youngins and their always interuptin her dinner before coving the girl with a blanket and turning out the lights in the room. She went into the kitchen and finished with her dinner making, changing to some freezer rescued dinner, and warmed it up before eating and getting ready for sleep. Normally she'd be a bit weary of strangers in her house but she had a feeling she could trust the girl...for now.

Missouri had woken early and eaten a simple breakfast of cold milk and cereal with a nice cup of coffee. She raised a brow as Tara walked in and said something about going outside before returning to her coffee and picking up the paper, starting to skip through it.

Missouri had been taking a sip of her coffee, relaxing when she heard a shot and jumped a bit. She sighed. If it wasn't Dean scarin her it was some other hunter or someone of that category. "Lord have mercy one day I'm going to just break all those hunters guns," she mumbled before finishing her drink ignoring the shooting outside.

John pulled up outside of Missouri's house, looking up at the house for a few moments before shutting off his engine. It had been a while since he had visited and seeing as he was in town, he figured he'd give his old friend a long-over due visit.
Leaving his car, he locked it, and started walking up the path, looking back to check the car was still there...just an old habit, but one he was never going to loose.
His trusty gun in his back pocket, he hardly ever took it off, it was like a part of him. Even when visiting friends, you could never be to careful. And he had learnt that the hard way on more than one occasion. Moving to the house, he became aware of a woman cleaning a gun outside it. She looked to young to be a hunter, he thought, as he gave her a smile. "Hey." He said to her. "Missouri in?" He asked, gestering to the door.
